The Association has a service level agreement with Sefton Borough Council - Children & Young People's Service Departments, to deliver support to care leavers. The outreach team work with 14-25 year olds who are in care or who have left care, assisting in their transition to independence. The team assist the young people to find and maintain suitable accommodation, they also offer support within their home, teaching life skills and promoting independent living, whilst seeking to build the young person's confidence and self-esteem.
