RESIDENTS RIGHTS & CHARTER
This page highlights numerous rights and responsibilities youhave as a resident. But in addition has a section on what you as a customer can expect from our Association:

As a resident of the Association you have the right to the following:-
A written Licence Agreement
To be consulted about changes to your Licence Agreement
The right to stay in your accommodation
Unless you break the conditions in your Licence Agreement
The right to access your home 24 hours a day
Does not apply to communal areas
A right to be treated fairly
A right to see information held about you
The right to information about your security in your home
For example you must be given a written Licence Agreement and be
consulted about any changes.
The right to know what accommodation charges you have to pay
The right to know about your service charge
The right to be notified of any change to your service charge
The right to information about accommodation charges
The right to a good standard of accommodation and repairs
The right to a responsive repairs' service
The right to move out for work to be done
The right to information about repairs and improvements
The right to be consulted
The right to be given opportunities to get involved and influence services
The right to information about consultation and involvement
The right to make a complaint about the Association
The right to go to an Independent Ombudsman
The right to complain to the Housing Corporation
The right to go to the Courts
If you believe that your landlord is breaking the law
Responsibilities
All residents will have a responsibility to abide by the Licence Agreement or Tenancy. By law you will receive a copy of this binding contract between you and your landlord (us).
