THE RESIDENT PANEL Who we are & what we do! The Project Panel is open to elected members through a Project Elections unless someone has stood down and you have been allocated by your Service Manager. The Panel is facilitated/supported by the Resident Representative Team. The Project Panel is run by the Project Panel Members in relation to agenda and discussion and movement forward for the Association. This Group may appoint co-optees (other young people who are skilled or are required to be implied) at any point.

What impact does the Project Panel have?

You can;

• Make decisions on what policies need to be reviewed and undertake consultation
• Review and improve services and delivery
• Visit other parts of the country to see how other associations do their work
• Public speaking/performing at events
• Promotion of the Association’s work
• Set up groups and sessions to benefit residents
• Represent Forum at events locally, regionally and nationally
