WARRINGTON STAFF TEAM VACANCIES
We have a number of exciting opportunities available in Warrington Town Centre. We are looking for individuals with energy and empathy to help provide accommodation and support to entrenched rough sleepers supporting them in regaining control of their life, providing a person centred approach. We have a number of roles available, including Case Co-ordinators, Housing Management Workers and a Project Co-ordinator post.
Working in a 26 bed unit of accommodation, the Case Co-ordinators role will involve supporting, developing and coaching service users to maintain sustainable outcomes, alongside housing management responsibilities such as turning around void flats, dealing with housing benefits and service charges. The Housing Management Workers will be responsible for the upkeep of the building, including general maintenance and cleaning. The Project Co-ordinator role will involve responsibility for overseeing a floating support service, whilst working with a case load.
