We are seeking an exceptional, passionate, committed and motivated candidate who is an inspirational leader. The Deputy Chief Executive will lead the Association’s Operational Management Team, develop new business opportunities, and generate income for our Organisation in this highly competitive commissioning environment, to make sure we provide the best service to and opportunities for our current and potential clients and our staff.

You will be a highly motivated, inspirational, dynamic leader experienced in working within the social housing sector.  You will be charismatic with the ability to positively influence and work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.  You will be a confident communicator who will provide strategic direction and be driven to make a real difference to young people’s lives.

A vacancy has arisen with Forum Housing Association at the Bridge Project in the position of Lead Practitioner – Health and Wellbeing. Key tasks include :

Key Tasks

  1. To work directly with and manage case load of Service Users.
  2. To undertake a lead role in relation to Health and Wellbeing by being the single point of contact (SPOC) and take lead responsibility for the development of this role and service.
  3. To take responsibility for the effective management and co-ordination of a number of assessed individuals who require health intervention related services.
  4. To take responsibility for the effective delivery of a range of agreed health and well-being events and activities.
