There were over 130 people at the event a number of neighbours and members of the public and a number of young people and children. Everyone who got involved on the day was a volunteer and gave 100% to make everyone feel welcome.

There was entertainment throughout the day and even a variety of performers including some jazz music and M.C’ing.

There was a littlerain but then the clouds parted and the sun came out, the smiles followed and so did the sausages and burgers from the caterers!

The feedback was brilliant! The challenge from last year was to ensure we did another one for the community this year, well we have completed two and have two more in Sefton to go!
