Forum Housing Association offers a number of supported housing accommodation options to young people aged to 16 to 25 years of age. The Association has a range of accommodation types across the three Boroughs in which it operates, from emergency access, units, self contained semi independent units, to shared houses and dispersed flats and houses.

The type of accommodation offered will depend on the nature of support required and on the location in which the support can be offered.

Support services cover a range of support needs and are delivered by either, the Association’s own project based support staff, or by the Association’s additional services teams, or via a range of external agencies who the Association work with support services cover a range of needs that are tailored to the individual requirements of individual residents.

Project based support staff will work with residents to identify their support needs and will depending on the nature of the support required either deliver the support themselves in house or will utilise the resources of the Association’s additional services department, or will work with an external agency or agencies who will deliver the aspects of support required.

Whatever the resident support requirements the Association will endeavour to ensure all needs are met and dealt with as required.
