How to deal with repairs
Allocations & Referral Procedure

The Association has its own Estate Services Team with responsibility for maintenance. Once your repair has been reported, a member of the Estate Services team (or a tradesman appointed by them), will call to deal with your repair. Please note that if you are not at home when the Estate Services team member calls, he/she may access your room in order to carry out the repair. A note will always be left for you to let you know that this has happened.

We aim to deal with repairs within set response times which are as follows,

Emergency - within 12 hours
Urgent - within 3 working days
Non-urgent - within 14 working days
