As a fair and open Association, Forum Housing Association aims to improve all aspects of its work on an ongoing basis from the standard of its service delivery to the internal management process of the Association to the way it works with stakeholders.
To ensure improvements in all areas of its work the Association focuses on continuous improvement, the principles to include:
- commitment across all aspects of the Association
- opportunities for staff to contribute to the continuous improvement process
- good communications process in place
- managing performance key to the work of the Association
- developing training that leads to business practice
- signing up to a quality management standard
- measuring, evaluating and reviewing key performance indicators
Continuous Improvement links into and compliments the Association's culture, ethos and values of openness, housing and respect that ensures a mutual benefit to all stakeholders.
