Allocations & Referral Procedure

Forum Housing Association aim to ensure all staff behave in a way that reflects the Association's culture and ethos. Therefore the Association has introduced a set of behavioural competencies which it will expect all of its staff to demonstrate.

By introducing a set of competencies across the Association, it ensures behaviours can be easily identified and staff are fully aware of what is expected of them. It is also the intention that the introduction of behavioural competencies will encourage people to grow in their competencies as opposed to being restricted.

In addition to the above, the stated behavioural competencies within the Association will also ensure staff are fully aware of what they can expect of their colleagues. Furthermore it allows staff to plan their own development by identifying the improved behaviour they will need to exhibit to succeed and progress within the Association.

Forum Housing Association staff are here to provide a service to you and in doing so they will be honest, fair, respectful, non-judgemental and efficient.
