Forum Housing Association is an organisation built on a Christian foundation and is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act, number 19269R. It is an Exempt Charity, regulated by the Housing Corporation, number L1299.
During 2007, over 700 young people accessed the Association's services and this will be mirrored in 2008. Forum's commitment to young people is shown by it investing in a "Speak Ezy" in each of the three boroughs in which it works, these are resident zones and are used for such sessions as resident panel meetings and workshops.
The Association's annual turnover is approximately £4m and there are over 125 members of staff working for the organisation. Forum also offers business services and training to local organisations at very competitive prices.
