Forum Housing Association is regulated by a number of external agencies.
The main body that has overall regulatory authority is the Housing Corporation. This body requires regular returns regarding governance, housing management and financial viability.
Other regulatory constraints are set by each of the Administering Authorities within which Forum provides support services that are funded through the Supporting People regime. The quality of the support provided is measured via the Quality Assessment Framework (QAF).
