The Association employs a diverse workforce of over 125 staff who all play a part in meeting the needs of the Association's residents.

The Association has a Board of 12 members (voluntary) who come from diverse backgrounds. Governance is facilitated by quarterly Committees and Board meetings, with residents extended appropriate voice.
