Forum Retains Investors In People Gold Award
A provider of supported accommodation to young people across Wirral and Cheshire, Forum Housing Association is very proud to announce that they have retained the Investors in People Gold (IIP) Standard Award.
To maintain the IIP Gold Standard Forum underwent a rigorous assessment with an independent assessor which included lengthy interviews with Board Members and from Staff across the Association.
Forum Housing Chief Executive Ian Cardwell commented,
“This is a great achievement in the context of both the challenging times in which we are operating and also the significant changes that Forum has undergone in recent months. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff. The award will last for 3 years; a period in which we can now focus on ensuring that Forum continues to create opportunities for a brighter future for homeless young people.”
The IIP Gold Award is only presented to organisations who are demonstrating inspiring business performance, exceptional working practices including people management, leadership, staff involvement and empowerment, work life balance and health and wellbeing of its employees.
Forum’s Director of Human Resources and Corporate Services, Debbie Thompson, also added:
“To retain our IIP Gold status represents a fantastic achievement for all at Forum Housing Association. We are an Association who focus on its people striving to be the very best they can be. Our ultimate goal is to provide better services for our residents. This prestigious award will contribute to this.”
Maintaining the highest level of recognition demonstrates that Forum Housing Association is committed to employee engagement and is a business that continues to put its people first.
